- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪from the time you walk in you know it is a professionally run dentist office.The wait times are very short and the atmosphere in the rooms are relaxing.doc Novak puts you at ease as soon as he enters the room.His dental assistant Kelsie is my favorite.she has a great touch and is very knowledgeable about the Doctors needs during the procedures.Doc Novak gives a great needle. (And I hate needles).he never rushes and is very meticulous in his work.I have never had him try to up sell me on any dentistty.in fact,I came in wanting a crown on my first visit and he said it only needed a filling.
